Prolonged "health span"
There have been so many scientific papers been written on gene therapy and life extension, so many experiments on animals that have turned out to be successful. The scientific find, is though in general quite locked up, knowledge is not openly shared.
This is something that needs to change.
Here we have an interview with Liz Parrish of BioViva that BDYHAX did last year, she wants to change the landscape of how biotechnology is done. Prolong our “health- span” which I think is a good way of talking about our life, instead of using the outdated term life-span.
She suggests that in the future we will talk about having glaciation, mitochondrial dysfunction instead of an heart disease and alzheimer. Because those are only terms of symptoms.
